Terms of Service & SMS Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Two documents in one page: the terms that govern using this website and buying our services, and the messaging policy that governs any text message we send you. The messaging section is the one carriers ask to see, and it's the one that matters most day to day.

1. Using this website

You may read, share, and use this site for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it at volume, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send anyone unsolicited messages. The content, design, and copy on this site belong to Signal Node.

2. Services and what you're buying

Revenue Leak Audit — $1,500

A fixed-scope analysis delivered within five business days of receiving access to your call log and estimate data. If that access is delayed, the five days start when we have it. The full fee credits against a Build Sprint if you purchase one within 90 days.

Our guarantee: if the audit's loss model does not identify at least $4,500 in annualized recoverable revenue — three times the fee — you pay nothing and we refund you in full. We make that determination in good faith based on your actual data, and we will show our arithmetic either way.

Build Sprint — from $6,500

A fixed-scope installation delivered in approximately 14 days from signature, less any audit credit. 50% is due at signing and the balance at go-live. The 14-day estimate assumes carrier registration clears in a normal timeframe; see section 4.

Managed AIOps — from $1,500/month

Ongoing hosting, monitoring, support, and reporting. Billed monthly in advance with a six-month minimum term, then month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.

3. What you keep

Your phone number is registered to your business, not to us. Your customer and lead data is yours. On request — including after you cancel — we export it to you in a usable format at no charge. We do not hold your data as leverage.

The workflow templates, configurations, and tooling we build on remain ours; you have a license to their output and their operation for as long as you're a client.

4. Things outside our control

Business text messaging in the United States requires registration with the mobile carriers. That process can clear in a day or take two weeks and we cannot accelerate it. We file it the same day your deposit arrives, and delays there may push your go-live date. This is the single most common cause of a slipped launch and we'd rather say so up front than explain it later.

We also depend on Twilio, your CRM provider, and your calendar provider. When one of them has an outage, we monitor, we tell you, and we work around it where we can — but we can't guarantee their uptime.

5. What we don't promise

We don't guarantee a specific number of recovered jobs, a specific revenue increase, or a specific return on investment. Any figures in our marketing, our calculator, or our reports are estimates based on inputs you provide, clearly labeled as estimates. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your crews, and how you handle the leads we hand you.

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Retainers require autopay. Invoices are due on receipt, and accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended after written notice. Audit fees are refundable only under the guarantee in section 2; sprint deposits are non-refundable once build work begins.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

SMS Messaging Policy

Who we message, and why

Signal Node sends text messages in two distinct situations, and it's worth being clear about which is which:

How you opt in

There are exactly two ways you end up on our messaging list:

We do not buy phone numbers, we do not text people who haven't opted in, and we do not treat a business card or a website listing as consent.

What we send and how often

Conversational replies to your inquiry, appointment and scheduling confirmations, and occasional service notifications if you're a client. Message frequency varies with your conversation — typically fewer than 10 messages per month. We do not send promotional blasts.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. You'll get one final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START if you ever want to opt back in. Reply HELP for contact information, or call us at (904) 746-1401.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge you anything for messages; your carrier might.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent status with third parties for their own marketing. See our privacy policy for the full picture. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

A note on this document

These terms describe how we actually intend to operate, but they are a template and not legal advice. Messaging rules — TCPA, state-level equivalents, and carrier requirements — change and are enforced with real penalties. Have a lawyer review this before you rely on it, and keep the messaging section aligned with whatever you submitted in your carrier campaign registration; a mismatch between the two is a common reason campaigns get rejected.
